Required Documents

For filling Trademark Application
  • Name of the Company or Applicant.
  • Address of the Company or Applicant.
  • Trademark / Logo/ Wordmark sample (JPG format of the logo is preferred)
  • Description of the mark, the philosophy behind the use of this mark, if any (Otherwise, we will prepare the description for you)
  • Period of use (Or a mark can be a proposed to be used mark)
  • Power of Attorney, simply signed by applicant (No legalization or notarization is needed)
  • Priority documents (if claim so)
For Trademark Renewal
  • A duly executed Power of Attorney on Form TM-10 (POA).
  • Registration Certificate or Latest Renewal certificate.
For Filing a Request for Change of Name or Address
  • Certified extract of the Commercial Register; or Notarized certificate
  • A duly executed Power of Attorney on Form TM-10 (POA).
For Recordal of Assignment
  • A executed Deed of Assignment (in Original); please note that the Deed of Assignment must be notarized and legalized by the concern Consulate Office of Bangladesh.
  • A duly executed Power of Attorney on Form TM-10.
